About the Study Program

The Druid Gorsedd of the First Circle is committed to sharing our knowledge, experience and understanding of the time honored path of modern Druidry. We offer teaching and counsel through our online Study Grove Program, and one-on-one when possible. Through the framework of a progressive course curriculum, we seek to promote a practical form of Druidry for the current age. This curriculum is primarily a self-study program, and each member is encouraged to seek wisdom according to his/her own inspiration and at his/her own pace. We promote growth of spirit, pursuit of wisdom, and attainment of inner peace through personal study and celebration of the ways of our Celtic ancestors.

The DGOFC Study Grove welcomes people of all spiritual paths, whether they choose to follow Druidry as their sole path, or seek to infuse their chosen path with the spirit of Druidry. Likewise, we provide guidance for students whether they are a member of our Gorsedd, any other order, or follow a solitary path.

We endeavor to support and guide students in their studies through online discussions, teachings and mentorship. Our goal is to help students find their own answers, define their own spiritual paths, and incorporate what they learn from their Druidic studies into their spiritual and daily lives.
